Recognised first aid courses in the Black Forest – for your driving licence, for companies and for families. Our courses are held in German. For groups we also run courses in Russian on request.
EH Campus is a first aid training centre based in Bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach. We teach in our own training rooms, in rented rooms in your area and directly at your company. Our trainer Waldemar Nikolaus has been a paramedic (Rettungssanitäter) since 2000 and has taught first aid since 2001.
Language of the courses
- German: all public courses are held in German.
- Russian: possible for groups – for example a company, a club or a group of friends and family. Just ask us.
- English: we currently do not offer complete courses in English. If your German is basic, please tell us beforehand – the course is very practical, and many participants manage well.
- First aid course for your driving licence – 9 lessons, valid for all classes
- First aid training for companies – workplace first aiders, costs usually covered by the Berufsgenossenschaft
- First aid for children – for parents, grandparents and childminders
Our courses and prices
- Basic first aid course (Erste-Hilfe-Grundkurs) – 9 lessons in one day, valid for all driving licence classes and for workplace first aiders: 65 € per person
- First aid refresher for workplace first aiders (Erste-Hilfe-Fortbildung), every 2 years: 65 € per person, usually free for member companies of the Berufsgenossenschaft
- First aid for children (Erste Hilfe am Kind) – for parents, grandparents and childminders: 75 € per person, couples 120 €
- AED training (using a defibrillator): 25 € per person
- First aid for senior citizens: 30 € per person

First aid for your driving licence
For every driving licence class in Germany you need a first aid course with 9 lessons. Our certificate is recognised by the Landratsamt Freudenstadt (§ 68 Fahrerlaubnis-Verordnung) and is accepted throughout Germany. For the driving licence it does not expire.
Companies: workplace first aiders
We are authorised by the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV, number 8.1817) to train workplace first aiders. For member companies of the Berufsgenossenschaft the course fees are usually covered, and we bill the Berufsgenossenschaft directly. From 10 participants we come to your company.
How to book

- On the day of the course, bring your ID and comfortable clothes. You receive your certificate at the end of the course.

Frequently asked questions
Can I take a first aid course in Russian?
Yes, for groups. If you are a company, a club or a group of friends, we can hold the course in Russian. Please contact us so we can arrange a date.
Is the certificate valid for a German driving licence?
Yes. Our certificate is valid for all driving licence classes and is accepted throughout Germany. For the driving licence it has no expiry date.
Is there an exam?
No. What counts is that you take part. Everyone practises the important steps once with their own hands.
Who pays for workplace first aiders?
For member companies of the Berufsgenossenschaft the course fees for workplace first aiders are usually covered. We bill the Berufsgenossenschaft directly.
Is the EH Campus app available in English?
Our free first aid app is currently available in German only.
